Whoever hosts your email account should be able to give you that information.

rossored Senior member Messages 2,103 Likes 56 Sep 12, 2007 #3 yes, as hoggums has said this normally comes from your ISP. A BT customer, for example, would have the incoming (pop) set to be pop.btinternet.com, and the outgoing (smtp) to be smtp.btinternet.com.
