S/R intraday

Hi all could anyone give me any advice on how to plot S/R on a intra day chart ? eg would you use a weekly chart say 4 hours? then 10 mins for trading? I have been using pivot points
with some success but thing S/R lines look a bit more accurate. Also if there is anyone that use pivot points and think there better?

Thankyou very much very helpful. So I guess intraday you could use the same princible on say a weekly chart ?
