Roll ????????

Is it just me or has the roll gone haywire? mine used to say B -0.42p and S 0.23p for instance now its B -8.43 and S 0.84 - last night they were both minus? so much so I cancelled all my trades.

What does it all mean?

Overnight rates are up the roof.
Everyone is trading swaps on spot basis, nothing is fixed
