Psychometric Tests

Hi,

Wonder whether I can have some good practise on psychometric tests. I have been to the SHL website and tried its free sample; I have also flicked through some books on this subject, but none of them have helped much. Mostly they were not closely related to the Finance sector, or not challenging enough.

So is it possible to have some practise online or through books? I am badly in need of practise on numerical and diagnostic ones, especially those that are closely related to Finance and fairly challenging.
