Prop trading in the states is usually trading on stocks, whereas prop trading in europe and london is almost always about futures.
The article covers NFA licensing of prop-equities trading, typical business model, etc, but doesnt cover anything about Eurex exams, futures spreading or the european business model which is significantly different.
I agree with Arbitrager. This guide is highly US centric. Just FYI, you don't have to be (FSA) registered for work for most UK prop houses since you're either trading your own or the house money - not the money of 3rd party investors.
