Hello,
I am a little in a legal issue here and would like some help. No risk, no worry. For tax reasons I will move my new investment / trading activities into my current software and consulting business. Makes things easier. I need to append the business I do with a description of that activity. I have the langauge issue that I do not speak the local language 😉 Plus my accountant has zero idea what I actually plan to do 😉 Never heard of it.
Moving investment of own funds into the business would actually make it a prop firm of some sort.
How would one formulate this? I mean, do I write "Trading and investing in financial instruments and currencies"? Anyone knows how other such businesses describe that? 😉
There are some pros here, so someone should be able to tell me what you guys write in the UK 😉 This is a good base for me to get it translated, then get it entered into my business "charter" 😉
