I don't know any personally but if you go to freelancer.com you can post up your project and programmers will bid on it. They have a metatrader section and tradestation one too I think. You can choose your bid based on the price and also the programmer's reviews and skills. Some are based in countries like Indonesia so are very cheap. I recommend one with the username 'AndukoChandra'. Good luck,

No worries. My friend also uses "Elance" website and rates it but I've not used it yet. You might wanna check it out. Let me know how you get on.
