Other then reading these forums, (which I have spent a week reading as many threads as possible) and demo trading, what else can I do to prepare for a career in futures trading?

Other then reading these forums, (which I have spent a week reading as many threads as possible) and demo trading, what else can I do to prepare for a career in futures trading?

-Work until you have enough savings so that you never need an income again. Or at least won't need an income for a year or two years (or three...).

-Get an edge

-Research a good broker

-Get a reliable internet connection

-Learn proper money management

-Learn some basic statistics

-Demo until you can trade the edge you found, if you ever found one

-Most importantly, reconsider this and consider doing something else with your life
