Hi, I have two questions that I just can't find the answer to...
1. Where can I get pre-market volumes (ideally for free) for US securities, during the 8:00-9:30 EST session? This is to assess the likelihood of a gap closing or continuing.
2. When calculating pivots for the FTSE what do I use as the open and close time? 8:00 to 4:30, midnight to midnight or something else? For the Dow I take 8:15pm (ET) on the previous day, round to 5pm on the current day.
