Someone pushing a pump and dump penny stock scam. Hopefully they get banned soon

Can you explain that?

New to trading and all I really understand is Fx, and even that not too well.

stupid people get "newsletters" like the one you linked to. They buy it, sometimes it has some good news out like "cure for cancer passed preliminary test (of ot blowing up the goldfich when put in water)". Stupid people still buy it, it goes up by a few thousand basis points, then "cure for cancer turned out to be bluetack stuck on shoe" and price collapses.
