Options Brokers

Hi,

Can anyone recomend a decent option's broker for a UK retail client with a small amount of funds. I have looked a optionsexpress but they charged $14.95 per trade which I feel is steep.

I have looked at Interactivebrokers, but they want 10K put in, which I am not able to do at the moment. There only $1.70 per trade.

Looking to basically trade simple covered calls on a small scale.

Thinkorswim are very good but they are not allowing UK residents to open accounts with them
