Options Broker??

could someone please help me find a suitable reputable brokerage or other in order to sell bond options, i will be starting with a capital of £5000.

any recomendations on any? and what should one look at in making a decision?

as a uk citizen am i able to open an account with a US firm in the US or would you advise agaiunst this? what are the various tax implications on profits, hoping that there are some obviously?
