NYSE Brokers in Hong Kong

Does anyone know of any reliable and moderately priced broker companies that are based in Hong Kong and that allow you to buy stocks on NYSE?
I have an HSBC account with the Central branch in Hong Kong, where I have recently opened an investment account, but unfortunately (and much to my surprise) HSBC does not allow NYSE stocks.

Would there be a problem to register with these Hong Kong brokers if my residential address is in Belgium?

Err, why in Hong Kong? Surely you can open an account with anyone, anywhere in the world - online is online and the location makes no difference.

Because I prefer the broker to be in Hong Kong
