My experience with this company was terrible. I would not recommend it. As far as the money-back guarantee - I was told there was none when I asked for my money back. Their teaching tells you to watch bid-ask numbers - but then they tell you you cannot depend on them; and then you are told you need to sign up for their room to trade. They assured me that many were very satisfied with their service; I was not.
