New EU bonus cap law

Hello,

I tried looking on the EU website to find the specifics in regards to the new law which caps the variable bonus bankers can receive.

I was wondering if that law applies to only "bankers" (by definition) or all employees of the finance industry (ie traders at prop firms like Optiver, OSTC, Futex, et cetera).

I appreciate opinions but if someone can provide me a link to the provisions of that law I would really feel better off.
