Need real-time double bottom detection

I am trying to find a screener for detecting double-bottom (top) on a 5/15 min real time chart as they form. Can somebody tell me which software (esignal etc) is best suited for this purpose. Trouble is, in retrospect any software can do this but generating potential double bottom top before they happen can be quite tricky.
