Need live stock index feed, custom indicators and audible alerts

Hi, I am working on an index spread betting system, but i need to create a way of being automatically alerted, in real time, when my conditions are met. I think I need a live data feed for index's such as FTSE 100, FTSE 250, DOW etc, and i need this to be fed into some type of software which I can create custom indicators for. When my custom indicators (with rules) meet my conditions I want an alert to sound . I dont actually need automated execution, just the alert. I am prepared to pay for the service/software, and would be able to do some simple programming if needed (currently my indicators are "programmed" in excel).

Any ideas?
