I am not US citizen and want to take shares(which are quoted at nasdaq,nyse) in the property.
Can I do this? How?

Also, can you explain me how to distinguish real broker, that works at nasdaq,nyse and betting company? Can you advise real nasdaq,nyse shares broker for not US citizens and companies?
