Need help finding a real time quote tracker with all the capabilities I want

So I'm looking for a real time stock quote tracker that has all of these capabilities

-can view the entire stock market/ not just the stocks that I put in a portfolio
-will imediately let me know what stocks are rising rapidly and what stocks are tanking by either moving them up to the top of the list or giving me pop up alerts
-allows me to view live charts/intraday charts and historical charts
-not too expensive
-can arrange entire market by different catagories like % change

If anyone could help me out or simply point me in the right direction where I could possibly find what I'm looking for I would greatly appriciate it.

Tradestation is expensive but can probably do all you want (US markets), ADFVN may also be able to do most of what you need but I havnt personally used it.

I believe you can get a free trial on them, you might have to pay for data on the Tradestation demo though. Give them a call and see whats on offer, its always changing.
