MyTrack - Which Exchanges

Can anyone tell me which Exhanges I need to check to get live e-mini data for both the S&P and NASDAQ. Not sure which one it should be and I don't fancy getting it wrong and paying for something that isn't what I need.

May sound obvious but for example for the S&P e-mini do I tick the S&P, cmeLimitd or cme?

CME ltd for emini sp, Nasdaque for Nas stocks.
You can also get info. from "chat" function
