Mt4 Broker overnight gap with $200 loss. Do I have to pay?

ok the cfd position went bad and my initial 700$ went to -111$ or something
margin call
now... iam not reliable for the loss right ? are they allowed to block (internal transfer to clear the loss) the money from my second IB account with them ?
i guess so ..but do i have legal rights to prvent this ?

It would be nice to have brokers that didnt require payment if a position gaps negative beyond margin and gave double if it gaps positive

But alas the real world is where we live

there will be a clause that states trading is leveraged and you may lose more than your deposit
