After one month of an extremely unsatisfying customer support cycle with Mirus futures (in which basically I think my contact AJ Wusterfeld did a job I personally would fire him for if I were his boss, not being on top of a certain support case) my complaint and pointing out that after nearly one month I am FINALLY redirected to the proper terminal, OUTSIDE of Mirus resulted in Eliot Wickersheimer (Mirus Principal) informing me that as I also talked to my clearing partner (asking them whether there is a possible alternative) they consider my account closed 
I have to point out that I have no problem with the initial issue arising, just with the way things got actually handled - I dont like being sent from person to person.
Nice to see how "politically correct", "friendly" and "competent customer service" are mutually exclusive for some companies.
Anyhow, I am now in the market for a new broker. Am in contact with RCG direct as well as AmpFutures. So far no broker has stood up to "take up" the comission rates from Mirus and I am not too happy paying more - I apid ES / YM 4,40 USD on Minus, Amp quotes me for the start 4,80 and seems unwilling to go down to the Mirus level.
Anyone has a contact or a recommendation? Zen-Fire data feed stronly preferred.
