Monitor Questions

Hello All

I am in the process of building a computer.

Here are my monitor requirements:
1080 resolution
hdmi input (to hook up a PS3)

Basically, I want a monitor that I can use for trading, gaming, and I can buy two more monitors of this model in the future so I can use all three as a triple setup.

What monitors would you recommend that can handle trading, blu ray, and ps3 & computer gaming?

Two additional questions:

Is a 23 or 24 inch widescreen too large for a trading screen?

Why are most multi-monitor setups on mounts instead of just placed side-by-side?

1, Depends on what the person's used to.
2, Save's desk space, stops neck strain, easier to see something happen, easier to manoeuvre.

For gaming just get a monitor with a fast refresh rate imo.
