Metatrader & MA indicator setting

I am trying to set MA indications using metatrader and I noticed there is no option called offset. I know this option is available in e-signal. do you know what the offset option does and if its the equlivant of shift in metatrader?

have you tried "Shift"? yes, its equiv.
offset or shift simply moves the MA to the left or right depending on what value you enter.
eg;
shift 10 moves the MA 10 bars to the right.
shift -10 moves the MA 10 bars to the left.

If not, you could try setting levels: this will create a mirror at a number of pips determined by you above or below the MA itself.
