Sorry but you've been scammed by a boiler room. Plenty of threads on this board about ATS shares so search and see what others have said.
Be aware because you'll be getting calls in the future from the same scammers, using a different name offering you big money for your shares but first you'll be asked to pay a refundable bond to release them (or something like that). Pay any money and it will be again stolen from you.
Basically NEVER trust anyone every again that calls you in regards to investments because they're ALL thieving scum.
