If you can demonstrate a connection between people who have displayed the same criminal intention,that is conspiracy.If you can demonstrate that their aims are political,that is terrorism.Personally,I think that destroying the investments of countless millions of hard working people and pensioners is a terrorist act.I also think that these people shouldn't live out the rest of their lives in comfort while millions suffer.That's just my point of view.If you don't like it,tough.Publishing the situation before the fact will give the evidence credence afterwards.
