Does anyone have any experience of Managed Forex Accounts, good or bad?

I have had money managed for 2 and a half years by the same company. They trade in Forex, Equities and Bonds, the risk is actually spread really well compared to a lot of other on the market place. If you need some info on them reply and ill be happy to send you the stuff back 🙂
