I'd stave off brokers with deposit bonuses, otherwise conditions looks quite luring. Would really try them in my spare time, staying with HF and Tickmill currently as lots of important events are coming!

Completely agree with you. Most brokers prevent you from withdrawing until you have met the wagerin. With VTSGold you can draw any time, they just remove a percentage of the bonus based on the withdrawal amount. And there is a $100k competition running.

I think you didn't understand the point of discussion. Its about withdrawal of bonus amount not the deposit itself, which of course can be cashed out anytime.

Here are stats for FXCM so you can compare.

We offer NDD forex execution in standard accounts. All orders are offset one for one with a liquidity provider.

Commissions start at $8 (100k lot) round turn, and commissions can go lower depending on your trading volume if you have an Active Trader account.

The average spread for EUR/USD during peak trading times was 0.2 pips as measured from 1 January 2017 to 31 March 2017. I've attached the full spread report to this post if you trade any other pairs you want to check.

And execution speed for NDD FX accounts was 0.040 seconds (or 40 milliseconds). This is defined as the amount of lapsed time between when the order is received and when the order is executed. The data is as of May 2017.

As others have pointed out, I would be wary of deposit bonuses or read the fine print carefully. Often times you have to trade unimaginable trade volumes or are prohibited from withdrawing the bonus entirely.

Good points raised Jason. Some brokers do really set ridiculously high volume requirement to earn the bonus, but it essentially doesn't change trading conditions unless you don't use the Stop Loss.
