the fact that you call them 'indexes' does not inspire confidence
Why does referring to indexes as "indexes" (what they are) not inspire confidence rawrschach?
.....Because you should know that they are indicies.
You should also know that good traders are in short supply and high demand and that therefore if you want them to come and make money for you you need to sell yourself to them a little better than you have done. Otherwise the only people to contact you will be chancers looking for someone elses money to have a crack with.
What is it that you can offer that would persuade decent traders to move from london (Where the large majority currently are) to Birmingham. Cheaper RT's, better splits, better leverage? Who are you, what is your background, how can you inspire confidence?
