I now realize the income I earn from trading stocks does not go towards my Social Security credits since it is considered investment income and not wages.
I know there must be some of you who trade as a full time living. How do you handle this as far as your SS retirement situation?
Also, how do you (if you do) deduct your business expenses from your trading. Your office expenses, trading expenses, etc.? In other words, at what point does the IRS consider trading a business, if at all?
