has anyone noticed that there seems to be a number of houses out there with sold signs on but nobody moving in. Could it be that these are part exchange deals with national builders and although we hear that sales and prices are heading up again, we dont hear about a growing stock of part ex properties that they can't shift. They may be repos but wouldn't they be for sale signs?
