Introduction and looking for help

Hi everyone! I'm a new trader and just looking to make a little extra money doing it.

I'm using Mark Fric's Forex Morning Trade and i'm having some issues with setting the proper times. Anyone here in an Eastern Time Zone that could possibly help me get on the right track? Any help would be appreciated!
