International penny stocks

I want to invest in overseas penny stocks (pink sheet, OTC and small exchanges like Vancouver) but the only broker I can find that would allow me to trade these is Penntrade, which is american. I'd much prefer a UK broker to save on the hassle and maybe even provide an ISA wrapper.

Does anyone know a suitable UK broker that is open to the small investor?

Penntrade is expensive at $ 29.95 a trade...........Choicetrade charges only $ 5 per trade and around $ 8 per sale order. Don`t think you can trade the Canadians, but the OTCBB and the pink sheets stocks are numerous enough!
Did you do any UK penny stocks? What is the cheapest broker there? Less than 10 GBP?
