I'm paper Trading with IB at the moment.
I enter a Bull Put Spread for 3 Contracts with IB, through their "Strategy Builder".
Once Filled I then I proceed to place a Conditional Stop Loss on the Short Leg. On the "Order Ticket" in the "Quotation Panel" there is a "Basic" Tab that has a "Quantity" window. (See the Screen Shot I've Attached for you).
My question is: What number do we write in the "Quantity" window?
Is it: "1" (for the single Trade itself) OR "2" (for each Leg of the Trade) OR "3" for the number of Contracts (attached to the Trade) OR is it another number entirely?
I've watched ALL of IB's instructional videos & no-one addresses this question.
Any help here would be much appreciated.
