On which exchanges are inter product spreads tradable as quoted instruments (e.g. similar to calendar spreads)? The only ones I can find are on the CME and ICE Are they available on the CBOT (http://www.cbot.com/cbot/pub/page/0,3181,1757,00.html)? The site mentions spread margins, but I can't see anything related to tradabale.
