You can get an SMS alert from betonmarkets.co.uk. All you have to do is sign up for a virtual account at their US site (betonmarkets.com) and then click on "One Touch" on the left hand side. If you then scroll to the bottom of the page, you can set it up so you get a text message when the instrument of your choice hits a specific target.
