yes,
if the slope starts at the bottom left and ends up at the top right, thats a steep slope

over on forex factory, a guy called "phillip nel" or "phil nell" had an "SMA Angle" indicator.

I attach it here, its an .ex4, (you cant read the code).
however, I would recommend you seek out a newer version, if available.

EDIT: just occurred to me: this indicator is for metatrader. you didnt say which platform you were using.

You could get the slope of a linear regression line thru the last N bars where N>=2. I suppose that you could call N=2 case the slope.
