Just read this on 4cast. Could anyone explain what it means?

It's been a decidedly quiet session in Asia so far with no sign of any obvious reason to brake away from current correlations. It is at least allowing vols to ease further off the highs, but if that in turn is freeing up trading limits there is little sign of a rush to take advantage of the fact. PB
