ig.com (aka. IG Markets, IG Index) freezes platform like hell

Recently I just started to trade forex on IG. However, I have noticed that the platform freezes or disconnect/reconnect when prices moves quickly (I am not trading news).

Question: Is it their usual practice as any bucket shop or just because I am making some profit?

Any suggestion is much appreciated.
