If you invest in real estate for 5 year+ term, which index do you prefer?
What I find most interesting, is how little South America values private property. I suppose this should not come as a surprise when most of those countries are run directly or indirectly by cartels. If you are a citizen, you are probably not thinking that private property is a secure investment. I imagine that is even a moot point as I doubt there are many who could afford it anyway.
Australia and Asia seem to value private property the most. Europe values the private flat quite a bit. I think flats are more popular in Europe than they are in the US.
The Europe poll does not include Eastern Europe. The North America poll does not include Mexico, but it includes Greenland. Since Greenland is a Danish territory, I expected it to be included in Europe. If Mexico were to be included in North America, it would skew the results.
