Its come to this! In order to keep a thread 'clean' you have to start one yourself in the trading journals.

This is a homage to those days of 'spank the bucket shop' which I enjoyed but did not participate. The idea was to put £100 into an account get the bucket shop to match it and tard it up to the max. Well they don't do that any more so its all my own money, all £300 (inflation you know).

So new thread, new account, full disclosure!

So I set up a new account with some Inglorious Guys and put a modest sum in to make it accessible for anyone to join in.

I then had to adjust to the new platform (it doesn't appear to be finished and lacks a lot of functionality I would have used but I'm going to have to p1ss with the c0ck I've got.

So just to get myself used to the platform I tarded Friday PM.

Don't know what that dow is up to but I didnt like the look of it so I got out and back in again then out.

Threw a couple of FTSE's in there for good measure.

Early days but 23 trades and 23 winners, with 2 positions opened today still running.

Thank you for such a clear and useful graphic - I wish I'd had this before; about 50 years before, actually. I might have spared myself a lot of that an unpleasant soreness of the buttocks which I now surmise is currently linked to my Set & Regret style.

I shall refrain from looking out of the window and shall pay more attention, sir.

On a serious note have a look back at your 'losing' trades and see how many could have been closed for a profit (like today's) or if any would have blown your account - 'If you hadn't put a stop in'.

No Stop = No Money. I learned that one a while back (19/10/1987) as for not closing out for profit, yes frequently...but of course, when I do, the wretched thing continues to go my way just to spite me. It's a conspiracy I tell you.

Seeing as you seem to be a consummate graphic artist, perhaps you could dash off a little something on the "A potato cannot play the role of fish" theme or even "Comradereree" - market jargon that I missed somehow.
