Went to a traders meet here a while back and I was quite shocked at the average age and thought it might be mildly interesting for a poll...

I went to a traders seminar in 2003 and was also surprised by the age. Many traders there seemed to be retired people. A re-occurring opinion I heard from such people was that they like trading as at least it enables them to do something on a morning when they get up...

I wouldn't be so sure about that if you want my opinion, because if you do the rounds I think that you'll that people are still trading successfully who're well into their seventies, and in one case about I heard, sometime beyond then! And more power to them, why not?
