How many threads are you subscribed to?

You know when you subscribe to a thread, it tells you how many you are following?

Mine says 277.

What about you?

Of my 277, I think about 265 are inactive!

emal notification is not on, so prob why subs have grown so large over the years. if there's a 1 tick remove all i'll do that, if not it'll stay as is.

So how do you keep up with all the threads? Just by following "new posts"?
I get automatically subscribed when I reply to something.

I have 27 pages of subscribed threads.
all threads written to in this year, 2013, end at page 3.
all others havent been added to since last last year, and earlier.

No, not everyone. I operate on the Auto subscribe if I post in a thread mode and only unsubscribe when I've had enough of the scatterbrains posting in it.

Since not everyone knows what a good thread is, perhaps you should make one to demonstrate.

if you subscribe to a thread without posting, thats one thing.
if you end up subscribed to a thread because you posted in it, the number of threads might reveal a posters profligacy in expounding on all matters, irrespective of their knowledge. :cheesy:

also, the number of threads subscribed to should be balanced by the number of years as a member, to attempt to normalise the data.
