How do I know when Spread Bet dividends will be paid for US and Japan?

If I have open positions on the Dow Jones and Nikkei, how do I know when the divi will be paid?

The ex-dividend date sites for Dow Jones say there is a payout almost everyday! But I seem to get one every few weeks.

I can't even find an ex dividend date site for the Nikkei, do spread bet positions get dividends at a different time? Is there a schedule somewhere?
