Hello. New to site. Bid and Offer Question.

Hello everyone. I am new to this site and exploring trading the 10yr Treasury futures. My question is this after watching some market depth videos on X Trader:

The video always mentions that there is buying whenever a trade goes off at the offer. I don't understand why this would only be buying? Wouldn't someone also be selling? If so, how can you tell if there is buying pressure if someone is buying, but also selling at the offer.
