Head and shoulders

Ok....correct me if i'm wrong.

Its my understanding that once the shoulder line is broken which occured on euro earlier this week it will often times make a retracement back up to the shoulder line before falling again. This has happened as I type, although it has yet to commit to the falling part . I am thinking of going short.

? is this the case in others experience?

This is assuming of course that there is even a head and shoulders pattern left after all the bouncing around.
