got onto eur/us$ daily futures just after opening, noticed the congestion happening around 2pm on the ftse, dumped them for 144£, not bad off 1£ a pip if I don't say so myself

Why did the markets commit suicide this afternoon?

Why isn't it real cash? Then again £1 a pip min then your looking at atleast £30 on a SL. Can be an expensive lesson or 2 if your learning.

tnx for that calendar... jeez that's an awesome tip for a newb like me. It's not real money because I'm just getting into market now but I think it's an awesome time as the indicators are starting to strengthen again. Any other tips on what to keep an eye out for would be greatly appreciated Svenfoster

If your starting out you should try to,
Read everything, believe nothing, try everything; fundamentals, Technicals, naked; timeframes
Trade a demo account as if it was your own pot(no 100k unless you've got it).
Move on to a real account that lets you trade small.
take your time.
