In my search for a trading system to trade FX (futures migrant) I sat down to a demo of a piece of software that aggregates 7 ECNs so you see most the markets liquidity. Several times the market went choice and it was interesting to see an EBS best bid v a Reuters offer on one screen.
This was over a quiet market and the software fella said that when it kicks off traders tend to look at one ECN and miss the other opportunities on other ECNs.
I'm pretty tempted to get involved with this as I can see some good arb oppotunities, am I missing something obvious because this looks too good to be true?
