ftse100 and spx500 Trading rooms

Hi folks
Do any of you guys know of any trading rooms that discuss both of these markets ?
I'm a relative newbie who wants nothing more in life than to trade and have been on the Forex etc for around 8 months constantly watching charts :cheesy:
Are there any good free Trading rooms that cater for the ftse100 and spx500

Imo Mark Austin is serious enough to not promise bull**** like this and btw - if anybody does it would be a good idea to stay away. Cause thats targetting to something very human. Being greedy .....
