Free open day - watch live trading

Hello all.

The trading company I work for is hosting a free open workshop where anyone interested in scalping is welcome to come and watch me trade the live markets where I will demonstrate the companies scalping methods.

Thank you to everyone who attended. Due to the technical issue we had with one of the order routes, we use, it wasnt possible for you to watch the LIVE trading. For this reason we will be running this LIVE event again today with the trading that was mentioned in the previous post.

Yesterday was the first day that this route was down since I have been using it. Its just ironic that it happened to be on our open day but I guess thats trading for you.

Update: Once again the route was down today as they are updating it.

We have been told the route will be backup and working tomorrow so the LIVE scalping demo has been moved to 14th Jan 2010 start at 9:15am EST. Sorry for the delays.

Sry but once again the route was down. We have been told the route will definately be back up tomorrow however we did have a good 3 days where we showed what other traders in the group were upto.

Once we get the route up and running again and I have been using it we will think about possibly having another open day where I will trade live in front of everyone.

The company I work for is a professional trading firm called the Affinity Trading Group. I trade live as a demonstration to prospective new recruites, showing of the companies scapling methods and also to help educate the other traders that are more junior than me. ATG has traders that are far more experienced than me however they are not interested in trading live so its one of the jobs that I do.

I very much doubt ATG will be interested in getting involved in the kind of event you suggested.

I think you are being far too modest :)
You earn a good living trading in one particular way and you are clearly the expert at what you do.

For an example of what I do please look at the youtube video on the first post of this thread.

I do obviously do other jobs for ATG such as Marketing etc but my main role is as a Scalp Trader and Scalp Trading Coach.

I don't know what his problem is exactly...but i feel he is simply trying to wind you up.....carry on as you were Ben ...good vid btw :)
